Do we require police clearance certificate as I have been a PR since Sept 2015, was back in India before that which come under 4 year period as stated in the document checklist below

Original police certificates from each country where you were present for a total of 183 days or more in the four (4) years immediately before the date of your application. If you are unable to obtain a police certificate, tell us why in the space provided in question 10 of the application form. Consult How to get police clearance (police check) for specific and up-to-date information on how to obtain police certificates from any country.

I have not submitted with my application, how should I do the submission now as I have also ticked No in Question 10 (b) of the application form as posted below

I selected No in the application form submitted

Were you in India for more than 182 days? If so, then you should have said Yes in question 10b. IRCC needs to original police report so uploading it via the web form probably won't work.

Sep 2015 to sep 2018 means u completed only 3 years and still u have more than 183 days in India. Ideally for u the tick should be yes and should submit the pcc. Guess they won’t reject the application. Rather they will ask for it later in the application process. I am also landed in sep 2015. That’s my view

Just finalized my Citizen application and going to send it through Courier today..!

Based on the average given in the excel sheet, it looks like an AOR (acknowledgement of receipt) from IRCC takes approximately 75 days after the package is delivered.

Usually immediately or within a week after receipt of AOR (Acknowledgment of receipt) email from CIC

70 to 90 days. They are very consistent, so when people start receiving AOR, you will get yours.
