I am wondering if someone can help me.
I did my diploma from Punjab school technical board from 1999-2002. I am presently in Singapore and I dont have either scanned or hard copies of my diploma and mark sheets for each semester with me here.
I will be using WES for educational credential assessment for my Canada visa and I have now downloaded the international transcript request form.
My question is when I or my representative will approach Punjab technical board office in Mohali with the transcript form signed by me, will they ask for a photocopy of the certificate or is this form is sufficient for them. if they say show us the photocopies your diploma and mark sheets then I am screwed
