Hello folks! I just got an ADR request - they are asking for an employer letter mentioning the number of hours worked between 2013 and 2016. It is full time employment. Any idea how I should do this? I had given my offer letter, pay stubs and experience letters. Should I give them w2? Or get a letter from HR?

Any help is appreciated!!

Hi,
What does your experience letter state. Usually, the reference letter that ircc requires should state the number of hours worked, salary, whether it is full time or not.
I guess none of the letters you tendered showed that. So you would have to ask HR or your supervisor to write another one with the things I listed above. If you can't get HR or your supervisor/manager to write that, you can ask your colleague to write it and notarize it.
My 2cents. Others can chime in

Whatever letter you get should be on company letter head

I could only get template experience letters with job description and time spent. They did not agree to enter the hours in the letter. We have an HR system which shows weekly hours worked. I am planning to take a PDF report of this (it has the company logo and URL) and provide a LOE. I doubt that will suffice, but that is the best I can do.

I cant believe they cannot figure full time employment from Salary and paystubs!

I am from a Big 4 company and no HR or manager would be willing to sign a job hours letter. They dont even know I have applied for PR :(

So worried that PR is slipping out of my hands after waiting for 160 days :( <fingers crossed>

I understand how worried you would be. Try to submit the HR system and added to that, if you can get a colleague to write a letter stating your hours and notarize the letter, it would be good. Can you talk to a supervisor about it, it may be hard but you can try. This may be the only thing holding you from getting PPR

I got a letter from my HR saying that they can not provide a letter stating hours worked and job description etc. then i attached it with my notarized letter with letters from my co-workers etc. HR letter was on company letter head.

If its just a mail from your HR from their official ID i think that will work too

Welcome to the forum.
Since the company has closed, I am not sure what you can do at this point. Do you have the contact of your supervisor or colleagues. If you can get them to write a letter and notarize it. Then attach an LOE stating that the company has closed

Thank you for the suggestions! I have asked hr to provide the letter, worst case, they will say no on the email. That way I can add that proof and provide supplemental details from the tool.

Yes, do attach HR’s refusal email for support. By the way, did u see it coming or anything about it in GCMS notes? Was eligibility in Review Required or something?
