We sent the same document to WES twice and as per the delivery proof its one shows documents received by ZED and second one Z-Maple, but in WES website it shows that they are waiting for our Documents. We are worried and helpless. Could any of you please guide me ?

you can email them and ask, yes ?
I remember when I did it a while back too the status did not reflect correctly. I received the ECA pdf but the status reflected as 'being reviewed', seems like they don't update it real-time.
