Yes, there are many non visa exempt applicants processed at LVO though. All applicants who are from non-exempt countries (i.e. require visa to enter Canada) will get the PPR from London Visa office!
Well it's the same thing in a sense either you have to send your passport (non-exempt countries) or upload the copy of your passport online/receive confirmation via portal (exempt countries). But the problem is the delay that many applicants are facing between DM on E-cas and PPR (or some sort of confirmation).Yes, there are many non visa exempt applicants processed at LVO though.

No - we never had to do that from a visa exempt country. Just calling this out here so some people know there are instances where PPR is not required, including uploading the copy of passport.Well it's the same thing in a sense either you have to send your passport (non-exempt countries) or upload the copy of your passport online/receive confirmation via portal (exempt countries). After DM on E-cas, how did you get your CoPR? by post then? and after how long?No - we never had to do that from a visa exempt country. Just calling this out here so some people know there are instances where PPR is not required, including uploading the copy of passport.
Post, I think it was about 10 days. After DM on E-cas, how did you get your CoPR? by post then? and after how long?
Yes. So they processed it pretty quickly then. Now they have backlog. I haven't talked to visa exempt applicants, but all non-exempt applicants are facing 2 to 3 weeks of delay time.Post, I think it was about 10 days.
