Hello everyone, I need help with visitor visa for spouse. I'm student right now and want to bring her here for my convocation ceremony through visitor visa

1) Who has to apply for visitor visa? I have to apply for her or she has to do it by herself? Should it be her cic account or mine?
2) Explanation letter has to be written from her name or from my? Like she should write why she's coming or I have to write why I invite her?
3) Which application should it be? Just TRV?

Regards and thanks for any information

Your wife is the applicant. You can apply on her behalf is you prefer i.e. Use of representative form (IMM 5476)

Should it be her cic account or mine?
Your account

2) Explanation letter has to be written from her name or from my? Like she should write why she's coming or I have to write why I invite her?
An invitation letter given by you + more than an explanation, she must prove (hard evidence) of her ties to her home country

3) Which application should it be? Just TRV?
I assume you would like her to visit not just for the convocation i.e. a long stay. In that case, she may want to apply for a SOWP after you have your PGWP + at least three payslips + if your job is in NOC 0, A or B

Thanks for answers, however could you clarify a little bit:
1) so, if it's my account in all fields I have to write my data or her? (like first name, last name, date of birth etc.)
2) I am not holding pr card or citizenship, I'm international student on study permit, am I able to do invitation latter for her in this case? As far as I understand - I cannot...
3) In this case we're applying just for visitor for convocation

Her details

That's incorrect. You can invite your spouse even though you are a student.

In this case we're applying just for visitor for convocation
She must prove she has very strong ties to her home country in her TRV application. I would still recommend that she applies for a SOWP once you are eligible to apply for it
