Actually I went to australia in febuary2018 on study visa. But in may 2018 I took discontinuation from my studies and retured back to India because of some family problems. I want to know this australian study visa would effect if I apply for canada permanent residency visa?

I just check online on VEVO it shows my visa is still in effect. Should I voluntarily cancel it?

No need. You only mention visa refusals in your application. If you have visas to other countries, this has no bearing on your application, it's irrelevant.

Because I read if any student not studying then its visa is consider for cancellation. If Department of Immigration cancel my visa , then it would effect or not?
