visa rejected on 27th nov,2018 (help me with my sop)

i got my visa rejected on nov 27,2018 for jan intake on following ground:your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing marksheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.
although my academic and previous studies does match but somehow they decided to refuse my application ,

i got 7 ielts score overall with 3.22 gpa on 10th grade and cgpa of 3.15 on +2 which is considered qualified to apply for canada .and my consultant suggested me to not order for CAIPS file because it is time consuming and is of no use but has instead suggested me to improve mi sop and write a good appeal letter but i am not sure if it'll help. and how do i show my level of establishment and home ties with good reason? please help.

Caips helps you in knowing the exact ground for refusal. Your consultant is preparing you for a second rejection. Strong SOP does help though

Even I have refusal on the same date for the same reason for rejection but also includes purpose of visit.

You should order caips notes as soon as possible. Don't fall in trap pf agents, listen to your own and please tell the details here when you get those.

I see language abilities in the refusal reason. Do you have any 5.5?? You should definitely apply for CAIPS because Jan intake is almost closed and visa offices wont work on the application that they receive now so you will anyways have to apply for next intake.
