If u haven’t received any reply. That means yr case is simple and well on track. They don’t need any additional documents from u. And they are just following procedures and taking their standard time.There seems to be no updates / movement of files , at all!!

Like file no.
Ask yr agent to contact IRCC if u haven’t received any reply. Bcz sometimes yr file gets misplaced. My agent made 2 copies before sending my file to CIO in case it gets misplaced. And it happens sometimes.
If u have received initial reply then worry not. Sit back and wait.

I have still not received my file no / AOR .
Is it a matter of concern?
My agent says sometimes it takes this much time . My agent is not so proactive and Iam really unhappy with her
She has not corresponded with IRCC on this yet as according to her the AOR comes on its own and IRcc does not respond to mails etc on this subject
If possible can you tell me what to do on this ? Any phone number where I can contact them , the one I have the machine asks for file no. to proceed ahead ( which I don’t have , so it ends here)
If anywhere I can write mail or some number where operator picks up and can answer my questions
Pls ask your agent as well ( for my sake ) on this as mine is useless

Yes I have the courier delivered , receipt number , with me . Fee payment receipt I do not have , though the fees has been paid .
The courier was delivered through UPS on 13th Sep 2018 . The name of person who received it at Sydney, CA is also mentioned therin

So in this case, the client does have proof that the package was delivered to CIO.

HiI received my file no I think within 25 days.
So u should contact IRCC. And ask for yr file no. U can give them yr UCI no also (yr UCI no will be written on forms which yr agent submitted, I m sure u must be having copies of all forms.)
I am sure u made exploratory visa. So as u first submited visit visa application u were issued UCI. Check yr visit visa application approval letter it’s mentioned there.Hi
I asked my agent about the UCI no . She says this has not come so far .
