I am stuck at 432 since last 1 year with a 4 year-Bachelor's degree, 3 years of work experience and CLB 9 level IELTS score. I tried bettering this, but getting CLB 10 seems to be quiet a task. So, I thought of getting a Master's Degree or PG Diploma to better my chances. Currently, I have a nice PG Diploma in Digital Marketing on my platter, offered by MICA. But, its just a 4-months course. A University-level certificate will be provided by Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad after completion of this course.
So, my question is- will this work? A 4-month PG Diploma and a 4-year Bachelor's in Engineering will be accepted under "Two or more certificates diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years" ?
