Will my ITA get rejected because of not including all University info? Please help

Dears,

After creating my ITA profile and finally receiving an invite to apply, I just realized that I forgot to include something in my ITA profile.

I attended university X from 2015 to 2017. However, I took one class online in university Y for 2 months in the same country I was in, during 2015. I just remembered/realized it after looking at my university X's transcript, and seeing how university Y was mentioned under the transfer credit section.

I am not claiming any points from University Y and the Police certificate covers the period I was located in the country.

Will it cause my profile to get rejected if I explain the situation in my LOE and provide the officer with university Y's transcript when presenting my documents?

For education, if you get a positive ECA, that's enough.
