Updating a CIC application from single to married right before the grant

I am planning to create my CIC Profile upon receiving my WES by start of January approx. I have 470+ points at the moment.

I'm getting married in June 2019, I guess by that time my Application as a single person will be in progress, unless there could be an unusual switness from WES.

However my fiance, would not be able to get the PR with me. What are my options ? can I include her as an update to my CIC profile right before I recieve my PR ?

If you get married post filing PR application, before PPR email you can add your spouse in your application.
