Could you share your timeline? and what does your background status say?

I just got medical exam passed today
However, I got ADR two days ago with regards to my ECA and I have it uploaded next day.
Current status shows like below.
Review of additional documents - The additional documents you provided have been uploaded.

Will it be changed if they start to review the document?
