My spouse has no surname in her passport and has full name in the Givenname field. Is this going to be an issue when applying for her PR ? Is it a good idea to change the name (first name and last name) in her passport before applying for PR, As we already know many places in Canada or anywhere else we go first and last are mandatory.
Does anyone else had this situation ? did you had any issues when applying for PR and after coming here ?
Also anyone knows how much time it will take to get the new passport back once we apply for a name change request at passport office in India ?
