For anyone who has a birthday between their ITA and eAPR, this is not going to affect your application. My birthday is in a few days, so I will be dropping down 5 points but this will not affect my application. I know there has been much debate and confusion on this, so I will quote what my ITA says:

"NOTE: If you had a birthday since we sent you this invitation, and the change to your age decreases your points total, this will not cause us to refuse your application for permanent residence."

Guys, I have just received my ITA for today's draw! Nothing unexpected in the letter.

It says I "must submit a complete application before 28 January 2019".

People are just starting to receive them, so you should have yours soon. The outer limit is 24 hours from the time of the draw.

Sooner or later you will get it brother I would say wait for another draw and take a call, you should be in by that time

Ohh man - This is so sad - I have followed your journey here for some time now. Lets hope it comes down to 439 soon

I know mate, we had been together when both got stuck with WES
Was really disappointed when the draw came in at 445 today, have tried out different strategies/spent $$ to take the score up to 444. But it's alright, 439 is a quite good score, there are many options including PNPs
Hope you get your Golden email soon and move to Canada by 2019 summer. Don't worry, I'll see you on the other side of the world in 2020

Not an expert but I think availability of IELTS computer based that can be taken every day and results deliver within 6 days is already putting pressure on CRS Score as more countries are joining to the club. The sooner we can get ITA the better

If the date you submitted your profile is 4 November, then no, you did not meet the cutoff. Applicants in the pool with a score of 445 that first submitted their profile before 14:40:13 UTC on 22 October 2018 will be invited to apply. So sorry, buddy.
