But then I have not received the ITA, how come ?
If you are eligible (you are above current CRS points or you are at the lowest points and you meet the brake rule and if your profile is active then,

1. Wait 24 hours for your ITA

People at 441 need not panic. It will take time but we will get it eventually. Remember maximum number of draws this year were at 440-1. This adjustment is because of a longer gapin the previous draw. Its a waiting game for us December or January may be but it will come nevertheless.

Nope people at 441 need to act now. The new safe score is now 450 and not 440 anymore.
So either they try to increase their score or just wait idly for their B-days to come.

I’m freaking out at 441
Same here, at 441.do we have any chance in the next draw, as many here are predicting it to be +/- 444 ?

If it is a 12 day draw, can’t we expect the score to drop by 4 points at least ?
Considering 260 candidates enter the pool everyday with score more than 440..

For example,

260 * 12 = 3120

3120 + 800 (approx, pending in the pool) = 3920

Yeah, you should be fine! You'll just have to wait like the rest of us for the next 24 hours to receive an ITA. (Assuming your CRS was above 445, of course!)
How is it possible if he submitted the profile today and receive an ITA as the round says

Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score distribution of candidates in the Express Entry pool as of November 23, 2018

As on the other thread you mentioned it has to be before 10/22 as that is the tie breaking rule ?

There is a spike in the score. But what makes 450 a safe score. Tomorrow it could be 460 or even 430(if you look at 2017). There is no science behind these predictions. As far as increasing score goes, it is a good idea. But in my case it can be only through either learning French or getting enrolled in a Master's program. Both of which are easier said than done. Any other suggestions which I may be missing.

You are quoting the distribution of the pool, which has no impact on ITAs - it is just for information and transparency.
Instead, you need to look at the tie-breaking rule applied for candidates that have the same score as the cutoff (445):
Tie-breaking rule: October 22, 2018 at 14:40:13 UTC

(The other guy said his score is above the cutoff, meaning his score is higher than 445 - he did not say how much it is.)

How is it possible if he submitted the profile today and receive an ITA as the round says

Given the current trend (especially after IELTS on computer was introduced in some countries) and given the standard bi-weekly draws at app. 3700-3900 applicants, you can see required CRS points being above 440 points and being somewhere around 445. So 450 is a safe heaven (445 + a small buffer for the pool variance), where only out of ordinary events (like FST or PNP only draw; or a 3 weeks gap), can lead to a score above 450.

However the pool is still rising and it might be that by the end of next year the new safe score might be a bit higher.

Thanks, that is a keen perspective. I have till next October, so will bide my time till then. May contemplate learning some french basics based on the trend some time next year.

I thought EE was to attract the best and brightest, but looking at the responses in this thread they need to reevaluate their eligibility criteria.
Nope they will invite whoever has the CRS points. That is what the game is about (and not about some kind of job like interview).
