stuck at question 11

Hello,
I am very much confused in filling up my form, I am not able to understand how to fill the question 11. below are my details. I was sometimes doing 2 jobs at a time or unemployed for half month and employed for the other half.

June 2018 Present studying
Sep 2017 Oct 27 2018 Job no.2
Augt 08 2017 Aug 24 2017 Job no. 3
July 10 2017 Sep 15 2017 Job no.4
June 22 2017 June 23 2017 Job No. 5 (most of the time I was unemployed in june 2017)
Aug 2016 May 10 2017 Job No. 6 (After 10th may I was unemployed till June 22 2017)

I will be very thankful if some one can provide me exact details as how to fill this information in question 11. It will be a big help for us as I am stuck at this question and don't want to misrepresent my file.

It is fine if things overlap, but don't have any gaps. if you were unemployed, write a line to that effect. Note that they only need months in the form, not days.

So according to you, the way I wrote above is fine and should write in the same way in question 11.
