Inland Spouse Sponsorship

Hi All, I'm here with my family with on work permit my wife and kid has a valid visitor record. Unfortunately, I'm not getting enough points so I have to apply for self PR. However, I have following questions:

1. When can I sponsor my dependents? (e.g. after 6 months or earlier)

2. Is it good to go with Inland sponsorship? If yes, will they able to leave Canada for vacations and re-enter; as they have valid visitor record and visa?

3. Any other options?

Hi

1. As soon as you land.

2. There is never a guarantee of re-entry. IRCC advises applying outland if a person needs to leave Canada during the process.
