Hi all,
long story short: My Czech boyfriend applied for the IEC last year from Australia and got refused by reason of not applying from his home country. That was in December 2017. He has left Australia in March 2018, travelled Asia and is now back in Czech since July.
He wants to apply again once the pools open. Is there any requirement or rule regarding the duration you have to spend at your permanent address before it becomes valid?
The only thing is says online is this:
"provide a permanent address in the Czech Republic in your work permit application"
Cheers, Lisa
