If you got your study permit extension approved pls answer this Q

Sorry about this being my second thread today but I'm a little worried. In my study permit extension today I entered Dec 2019 as my end study date, but the graduation ceremony is in March 2020 and I will atleast need a month or so after Dec to get my transcripts ready to apply for PGWP. Now, if you have applied for an extension before, can you please tell me if the officers give you the 90 day+ extra period when you apply without you specifying it, or should I expect them to give me a permit only until December 2019. I'm worried :/ please reply

Don't worry .. You have to enter the end date of your studies and cic will give you 3 month extra to apply for PGWP . E.g If your study is going to be completed in December & you will get extended study permit till march.

We dont have to mention extra months while filing the form , We have to put the exact time and CIC will give extra 90 days after that. So the date you put on form is right . Dont't worry .

Oh are you sure? I posted a previous thread and someone replied saying that I should've added 3 extra months .. thats why I'm looking to check with people who got their permit extension approved
