Is work experience older than the last ten years counted for express entry? I started working from november 2006. So while filling up my EE profile, I excluded this experience and only started from 2008. I am planning to add the pre-2008 experience under personal history. Hope this wont be considered as information held back. Can someone advise?

No you can add any number of experience in the personal history. They are not any kind of conflict. If you add in the work history, you have to provide proof, but for personal history there is no need.

Just mention about last 6 years of work experience for the sake of lesser documentation. Rest employers can be filled in personal history and no documents are required for personal history details.
