Total number of experience to be added

While creating EE Profile how much experience should be added.
Though I have total experience of around 20 years but the older experience is hard to prove as some companies have closed.
If I show only 10 years of experience as they mention here:-

Then what should mentioned about 10 years gap period.
Can I say in LOE that it is hard to prove so I am not showing this experience.

Last 6 years of work experience is enough.

What about number of experience , personal history to be added post ITA.
Is that also enough for last 10 years, even though you have total experience of 20 years.
