I got my official transcript along with wes academic form inside a sealed envelope.
For sending it to wes by personally, I enclosed my transcript with the xerox copy of my degree certificate in a large envelope.However i forgot to write my wes refernce number on my degree certificate.But i provided it on the large envelope.

Would it create any problem

Don't worry it won't be a problem. It is better to write on reference on individual envelopes but as long as you've written on outer envelope it'll do.

In worst case scenario even if theytmix up they will try to match with your last name.
