WES for diploma

I request to those who applied for WES equivalency for 2 years diploma from India. What is the result they got?
A high school diploma or
A secondary school diploma or
Secondary school diploma and diploma (two years) or
something else.

This will be a secondary school diploma if enrolled after 10th.

What if i have three years diploma after 10th then what it will be ?

The problem is i have a diploma (polytechnic) of three years but i got admission in direct 2nd year . So now what my diploma will be considered ? As my final diploma states as three years diploma (state technical board).

I have done Xth in 2008 & after that i have done 1 year ITI and got admission in Diploma(Polytechnic) in direct 2nd year . But my final diploma states that i have complete 3 years diploma but due to i got admisson in 2nd year so now what my final ECA evaluation will be ?
1 year diploma or
2 year diploma/program

because i know a friend which has done x and three years polytechnic diploma same as me and he got diploma two years equivalent to canada in WES.
but as my case is little different from him becuase i got admission in direct 2nd year of three years diploma. But we both have same final diploma of three years.

the problem is WES is not accpting My ITI becasue they do not evaluate vocational course.

1, I had done 10th and 3 years Diploma in my case which category it will come as per Canadian standard?

2, am I eligible for FSW?
