Visitor Visa for Parents from India

Hi,

Can anyone please help me for my query. I am permanent resident of Canada but currently living and working in India. I want to file visitor visa for my parents so I have few ques as I created their account in My CIC:-
1: Do they need marriage certificate as their marriage took place 30 years back. Can anyone put clarity on this.
2: I am applying for tourism purpose so I need to provide any invitation letter?(As I said Im already in india and will go back again around Feb 2019.
3: Parents already have decent travel history and visited canada 2 times in 2014 and 2016.
4: Also I didn't see any tab to upload Proof of funds, House evaluation, ITR Papers. Where Can I upload all these? Also My dad is having 25000$ in his account. Is that enough to support 2 people visa application.
5: Any supporting docs which will make file more stronger?

The visa application process and documents/evidence will be similar to their previous TRV application.

Your birth certificate that states their names as your parents.... and/or copies of their passports which mentions each other's names as spouses.

2: I am applying for tourism purpose so I need to provide any invitation letter?(As I said Im already in india and will go back again around Feb 2019.

It could seem like your parents are moving to Canada to stay with you long-term.

You may want to consider deferring their applications until you have settled in.

3: Parents already have decent travel history and visited canada 2 times in 2014 and 2016.

They can apply under the CAN+ program.

4: Also I didn't see any tab to upload Proof of funds, House evaluation, ITR Papers. Where Can I upload all these? Also My dad is having 25000$ in his account. Is that enough to support 2 people visa application.

Do combine all documents as a single PDF and upload to Optional/Letter of Explanation.

You could prepare a cover letter for their purpose of visit + funds for the visit + strong ties to India.

Funds for their visit must match their ITRs + declared sources of income

3: what’s CAN+ program.

4: ITR for the last year and bank statement for past 6 months will be fine ?

Their chances of approval would depend on how well they are able to demonstrate their ties to India without it seeming that they are moving back with you.

It could seem unusual that they want to visit as tourists if they don't have travel history as tourists to other visa-required countries.

3: what’s CAN+ program.

As they have visited Canada earlier, they are eligible for expedited processing under the CAN+ program.

4: ITR for the last year and bank statement for past 6 months will be fine ?

Financial investments + pension funds + foreign currency + rental income (if any), etc.... that means liquid funds (for the visit) + other investments/sources of income (to prove a strong financial situation).
