I have a question
As my employer changed I applied for a new work permit and I have received it 2 days ago.
Do you think i have to update cic for issue of my new work permit or send them a copy??
I am july 27 applicant and waiting for PPR.
What is a right thing to do?

Honestly, just wait. I'm July 27 too, I think we will get ppr in a month, maybe before. Even if you send it now, it will take at least a week or two before your letter will get to CIC and after that at least two week to add new documents to your file.

But again, only you can decide what to do. It's your own risks
