Creating EE profile with UG degree and later update with PG degree?

Hello Team,
I have got my UG degree evaluated by WES and I have my IELTS score handy.
I have also applied for my post graduate degree to be evaluated by IQAS, but I will be receiving it only during mid January.

Is it possible for me to create the express entry profile now with my UG and IELTS score and then add the UG degree evaluation once I receive from IQAS?
