Visitor Visa extension

Hello everyone,

I have a multiple entry visa which will expire in 2022. I am in Canada for about 5 months. Do I need to apply for visa extension to be able to stay more than six months?

Posting a question in more than one thread will not get an answer any quicker or a different answer, just saying. As per other post the answer is yes you must apply for an extension to remain in the country legally.as a visitor although confused now you have posted this in a worker thread. Are you in Canada on a work permit ?
