I did apply back in March and got my application rejected as incomplete within two weeks. Now it's been already 3 weeks in AoR phase. Do I have to consider I have passed the completeness check (R10)?

you can imagine how important is this MEP for me... being rejected once. don't want to go through that again.

i think somebody on this thread with AOR Oct 16(or 14th?) got MEP on Nov 20. That means 34 days.

So add 34 days to your current AOR date to get a rough idea of the date you should see a status update. Assuming current rate of processing.

I would say that you shouldn´t panic even if you have not receive MEP after 45 days. Take my case as example. My AOR is from October 6 and I am still waiting (no additional tests are required, only waiting for the update). That been said, I did receive a ghost update on November 5 (UCI update).

So,not having MEP doesn´t mean that they are not reviewing your case.

Did you submit your ADR? Did you give complete history or only for period asked?

I received an email about a request for a medical exam, which is super weird because we did an upfront medical. I can't contact CIC, so I called the clinic where we did it and they said that everything looks good and there were no negative results on our medical exam. They also said that we do not need to undergo another one because we just had it last April 2018.

Same here, though my medical is passed. I got a similar letter for medical request for my 2 year old kid. Weird. I'm also confused.

oh really?! that is so weird, right?! what was in your "Review of Medical Results" and where did they say that they need your daughter's medical? was it in Review of Additional Documents?

edited: I had to delete some of the ?! hahaha coz its too much, LOL, it's just my way of showing that I am shocked that you have the same situation as mine coz it is super weird.

Waiting for my passport

I am in shock as well, I literally dropped my jaw. Inland applicant, CEC, with a spouse. Prepared all documents in advance.
