Hi Friends,

I am new on this forum, I am graduate from Canadian University and I have found a job recently. The job is of Sales Representative which of Technical Nature. What I do in this job relates (60%) to NOC 6221 but the problem is the job does not include 'Wholesale Trade' which is mentioned on the NOC Job Title and also on lead statement i.e. I am not selling to commercial or industrial sectors rather I try to sell the 'ADT's Home Security Products' to residential homes and customers after I, identify which product would best suit their home security needs and if there is already a system in place I figure out if ADT can takeover from their monitoring to its own's which clearly shows that my job is of very technical nature. But I am confused whether it would qualify for Canadian Experience Class NOC 6221 or any category at all. I met few immigration lawyers as well some of them think it would but some of them think, it wouldn't so I am very stressed out. Any help or advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks

Hi,

Which PNP you applied ?

Ur CRS ?

I would like to get more details on 6211 or 6221 or 0601 NOC .

My current CRE is 360.

Please suggest if I can try for any PNP with same score.

Thank you

Unfortunately, the correct NOC would likely be NOC 6421 -
