I did apply back in March and got my application rejected as incomplete within two weeks. Now it's been already 3 weeks in AoR phase. Do I have to consider I have passed the completeness check (R10)?

you can imagine how important is this MEP for me... being rejected once. don't want to go through that again.

What about other status?
My AOR was also 15 Oct. Current status is :
Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results: You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents: We do not need additional documents.
Interview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics: Completed.
Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
This is IP1 right? Does it mean my R10 is complete? or it cannot be said from above status?

We got our AOR at October 24th, nothing has changed since then.
Hope we get our MEP this week!!

i think somebody on this thread with AOR Oct 16(or 14th?) got MEP on Nov 20. That means 34 days.

So add 34 days to your current AOR date to get a rough idea of the date you should see a status update. Assuming current rate of processing.
