Anyone from September for SPOW,

I submitted paper application on 17/09. And there is no response from CIC.

Anyone know are there any pending in the CIC visa progress at this time? (last months of the year)

I worry that new visa approval will be waiting to next year (2019)

IELTS is not required for SOWP application, it is optional.

i have noticed people get faster visa who put ielts in file.

i am taking about same time frame and from same city ahmedabad.
My friend got in 20 days, other got in 24 day (wit ielts)
some who did not put for them it took up to 3 months.

please advise

Recieved by cic -10/8/18
Paper based.
