My brother in law and his family are citizen in Canada. I live with my husband in India. My husband is HiV positive. So filing for express entry is a bit impossible. Any way my brother in law can sponser us there? Or even sponsor me as Nanny?

No - he cannot sponsor you for PR. If you wish to immigrate, you will have to qualify on your own.

Regardless of how you immigrate to Canada, your husband will have to take and pass a medical. It's possible to pass the medical even if someone is HIV positive.

Your brother in law could look into bringing you to Canada as a nanny provided you have the required education and/or paid work experience and he makes sufficient income to cover your wages.

You can only work as a nanny.

You cannot work any other job.
