Spouse contractual obligation

Hi all,

I received CoPR and is planning to add my spouse to my application. However, my spouse is a medical doctor and is contractually obligated to serve our country for the next 2 years (Ending November 2020).

My question is, will CIC grant her PR?
And if they do not grant her PR will my application be valid?

Not sure what you mean. It affects your CRS score, so it certainly affects whether you will get an ITA.
