Background changed to "We are processing your application" on 17th Nov but still no MEP

I think we have the same fate here also changed in background check, but no MEP. However, this happened just now (Canada PST 0600).

Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results We are reviewing the results of your medical exam.
Review of additional documents We do not need additional documents.
Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

maybe in a few more hours. By the way, my timezone is Vancouver, so PST, i was wrong in the first post... it is Nov 19 here.
Hopefully WE will get MEP later.

On November 5 my UCI was updated (to only numbers) and IP1 status. But I am still waiting MEP.

That also happened to my UCI when my background check status changed. I do hope you get MEP soon, coz your AOR is 12 days ahead of us. In fact, I thought you got your MEP already. but I have a very good feeling that they will work on a lot of our applications today, hoping for the best.
