With 10+ years of work experience, my jobs come under 4 NOCs. Can I include them all for Express Entry under FSW? Or is there a restriction on the maximum number of NOCs allowed?

You can claim experience points for a maximum of up to three years. So just choose the one which you can get reference letter for 3 years.
In other words, CRS for experience of 10 years is equal to CRS for person with 3 years experience

Thanks, but I am a bit confused. I am filling up my EE profile for the first time now. So, you are saying I do not have to provide a complete work history here? Just a maximum of three years for which I will be showing reference? If so, can those three years fall under multiple NOCs?
All the remaining experience can be put in the personal history section after ITA
