No, forms and questionaires are the same. Only difference are:

For SDS:
1. 1yr tuition fee paid
2. GIC of CAD10k
3. Upfront medical
4. IELTS with no band score lower than 6

No othet financial docs required except 1 and 2 (but you can still submit other FD if you want to make your case stronger)

Hey. I am applying in sds online, i paid 1 year fees and opened gic in icici.do i need to attach financial docs as well cause we are having difficulty attaining them. So is it okay if i submit my file without any financial docs? Thanks.

No, you don’t need to submit other financial documents if you are applying under SDS. Just the 1yr tuition fee and CAD10k in GIC is enough. However, you can still attach other financial docs only if you want to.
