I did not ask ,but he said for SDS there is different qutionere, I feel that guy was new

No, forms and questionaires are the same. Only difference are:

For SDS:
1. 1yr tuition fee paid
2. GIC of CAD10k
3. Upfront medical
4. IELTS with no band score lower than 6

No othet financial docs required except 1 and 2 (but you can still submit other FD if you want to make your case stronger)
