Hi we have same timeline , but what s that pre arrival letter , S that landing fees..no reply yet after medicals , when called CIC they said stage 2 background check to be started

Most people who’s application were received by cic in October and November 2017 have done medicals and waiting for ppr. Most got medicals passed in July and August 2018. Maybe cic have gotten the ppr quota for the year that’s why they have refused to issue ppr. They seem to be holding everyone with security check (a check that they can do within the shortest possible time if they are willing ).

They issued lots of applicants PPR yesterday from July and August. A friend of mine got hers yesterday too but express entry.

Let them also remember PNP paper based applicants

Did you check your Ecas? Probably you will have decision made on your file. Otherwise you should be expecting PPR in coming weeks. July 10-11 applicants got PPR this friday.
