IQAS ECA timeline tracking

Haha, I'm not expecting ITA in this draw as cut-off is sure to shoot up above 445 after a gap of 17/18 days. But hopefully can get it in the second draw of November, our only chance basically!
And yes, I took couple of hours to update and double-check all the information on EE profile today morning, and the profile shows the updated CRS of 444

I heard this drawo will be of 4500. If thats the case then CRS will be below 444. ( I dont understand the draw stuff, I didnt keep an eye on it. Sorry if I said something which made no sense )

Ok, you mean the draw size. 4500 is a very big jump, it has been at 3900 for last 5 draws and before that at 3750 for 6 draws. I was expecting it to go up to 4000 maybe. Where did you hear it from?

- Submission of online application: 10 Sept 2018
- Application package delivered to IQAS: 20 Sept 2018
- PG documents delivered to IQAS: 4 Oct 2018
- UG documents delivered to IQAS: 5 Oct 2018
- AOR 1: 19 Oct 2018 (4 weeks after delivery of application package)
- AOR 2: 15 Nov 2018 (6 weeks after delivery of both sets of transcripts)
- ECA: Waiting
- ECA Hard copy: Waiting

My documents reached IQAS on 9th October, still no mail.

I guess you will receive AOR on 20 November. As per the trend I am seeing. ( Not sure though )

Some whatsapp group members were discussing about it. stating 13000 more ITA's has to be given so next 2 draws may be os size 4200-4500

That's true they closed down all centres in other cities.....

Hi Parag,

How come you delivered everything in one envelope? Did your university deliver the transcripts to you and you put them in one envelope? Did IQAS accept them?

Yes. I got transcripts delivered to me and then I used an envelope to put my degree and mba certificate. Unfortunately i didn't send final degree certificates of both and hence I received ADR 1 month back, I shared the copies over email about 20 days back, the agent assigned on my case was out of office due to emergency. After couple of foll

After a lot of heartburn, finally received ECA from IQAS last night. They've provided Master's equivalency so guess the wait was worth it (hopefully will get ITA with that). Following are the details of our process:

Degrees: BA (3-years) + MA (2-years) full-time regular courses from universities in India
Documents sent through DHL: 23 July (transcripts from both universities in sealed envelopes, certificate copies and passport copy together)
Documents reached IQAS: 25 July
AOR1 + AOR2: 23 August (single email received)
Follow up through email: 01 Nov (got reply within 2 days to wait till 12 weeks)
Follow up through Web Form: 09 Nov (got reply same day to wait till 12 weeks)
ECA Soft Copy: 14 November
ECA Date: 29 October
ECA Hard Copy: Pending
Canadian Equivalency: 4-year Bachelor's degree + 1-year Master's degree
