I want to invite my girlfriend come here to visit me in this winter break from dec 20,2018 by visitor visa . I was wonder it is possible to apply it now ? Thank you

We decided to apply next week . However , in the invitation letter I invite her to come here 2 weeks from dec 20 to Jan 7 . I was confused what happen if they process the visa and pass the timeline ?

IRCC will simply continue processing the application until a decision is made.

Because they will continue to process the application. They don't care about when your proposed travel is, if you haven't withdrawn your application they will continue to process it. They tell you not to book tickets unless your visa is in your hands.

So, I just need to talk a bit about our relationship in invitation letter ? No send any photos ? What I need to do you represent our relationship in order to be make sense for them because I cover for her staying . Thank you for your replying .

Talking about a relationship is a way to get to a rejection very quickly. CIC will interpret a relationship with someone in Canada as a tie to Canada, and a reason for the person invited to overstay, and thus be refused.
