I was going through the Immigration Quebec website and found below information:
"For the year 2017, the processing time for applications for a selection certificate under the Regular Skilled Worker Program was 32 months."
so, does it mean we should stop expecting our CSQ before 2020?

Applied Jan 2017 from Quebec city

1IR 2017-10-13
Communication - réception de lettre 2017-11-10
Current status En traitement

I've called million times so far, most of the time they don't know anything since number you are calling is just call center who can tell you very few things, but last time I called I got some info from lady that process usually takes 1.5-2 years for obtaining CSQ.

Hi All,

Today I got an update "Intent to reject" as they have asked me to provide more details on my previous employment i.e letter from HR states my roles and responsibilities, no. of hours worked, etc. I have provided them my relieving letter but they are not satisfied with that. Not sure what more doc I can provide now.

DID ANYONE FACE THIS ISSUE?

Have you tried to ask the HR to provide you with the letter mentioning your job description and number of hours per month?
Maybe this information is stated in the contract you have signed at the moment of appointment.
If you have payment slips they can be useful
You don't have to loose this opportunity

Yes, I contacted them and they said according to the company's policy, they cannot provide all those information. I have the payslips (last 3 months) and offer letter. would it work?

take expert advice from some professional ( Canadian immigration lawyer etc ) on this
You have to overcome their intent to reject
It’s a big thing , so go for legal opinion,
Good luck
