Is it completely fine to manage Job Reference Letter before receiving ITA? I look forward to apply on February with a score 452, however I wish to collect the reference letter from my current workplace right now as I will be switching the job soon.
What is the best time to manage the letter and PCC in the entire cycle?
Thanks for your insight.

It needs to be recent, so I'd suggest you to collect it few days before the time of application.

I would suggest to keep the reference letter as recent as possible if its your current job.

PCC from your country of residence is valid for six months so plan accordingly

If you are going to apply after switching job, then you need to take the reference letter after your last date in the organization to properly show the duration of your employment. Otherwise, as others have suggested, you should take it maximum 15 days-1 month before application.

I saw your signature. Are you still at 437? What's your plan to gain the last few points?

Waiting with bated breath for IQAS to give a Master's ECA for MA degree for which WES gave PG Diploma :p
If that does not happen, will have to start more actively to look at the different PNP options.

IQAS can be slow. Hopefully you hear back soon. My WES report comes back within a couple of weeks but with a B.SC Mechanical engineering degree, I don't expect anything other than bachelor (4 years) ECA. Do you know anyone getting a different result with IQAS for the same?

What's your projected CRS (assuming you get the expected ECA from WES)?
I'll get to 438 (Including my wife's WES and her first attempt at IELTS). If she does better in future tests, I can gain up to 6 more points. It's difficult to wait to crack the 440s though.

Yeah got the ECA last night and score now increased to 444. But birthday coming up on 1st Dec, so hope to get ITA before that.
Looking at your spouse's IELTS scores, it can be improved in L, R and W. Among these, you can probably focus on L and R to increase CRS to 442, as writing is the section people generally find toughest to crack anyway. And looking at your own IELTS scores, I think you could be the best mentor to your spouse. I did the same with my spouse and she cracked CLB10 in second attempt :)

Wow, so you have to get ITA prior to losinf 5 points within few days. It's gonna be tight. Hope you get it soon. Today's draw really went up though.
Yeah we're working on it but it ain't easy. It's amazing that you're wife cracked CLB 10 though
