Urgent Help...! Original Diploma certificate lost

I asked my brother to apply for the Police Clearance Certificate and the local police authorities require a copy of an educational document. On his way back to the home he lost the original certificate.

Now I have a picture of a copy that can be scanned into the PDF. Would this be acceptable along with ECA?

I can share the document copy, pm if want to review the copy.

Please, any expert?

For ECA you need transcripts

for transcripts your university will ask for the documents. Check with them if they need original.

As far as CIC is concerned, they need scanned copies of original certificates.

I have ECA from WES and all the transcripts. I just lost the original certificate.

I have a copy of it but it's a snap not a scan
