Got NovaScotia PNP: 1st Oct 2018
Received ITA: 3rd Oct 2018
Recieved AOR: 23rd Oct 2018
Paid all fees upfront and also provided results of upfront medical exams with application.

I received AOR on Oct 09. I uploaded full medical report with the e-medical tracking sheet as people from medical center provided me that just after submitting online by themselves. Is it fine to upload the complete medical report?
My medical status still says "
You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes."

There was some correction in my husband’s Italian Police clearance. So translated it again from a certified translator n submitted.
