WES Result - What to select??

My ECA Report says:

Two bachelor degrees (four years) and postgraduate diploma (one year).

What should I select in EE profile??

Two or more ..... I think?

Also if I submit EE profile 3-4 hours before the draw, can I expect an ITA??

Yes select two or more.

Yes, there is a probability of you getting an ITA if the score is above par. However, it depends upon the time of submission.
