Mate, I believe you are being too anxious or impatient, I'd suggest you to wait for 6 months before approaching them with any questions as that is the average processing time.

no mate its there since AOR because I took screen shot soon after submitting my application just to monitor what changes we will see from there on.
This is why I am unable to understand what stage is my application.
Though I read in this forum these stage does not mean anything however like all just curious on my app stage.

mine is same but updated with Med Passed and Biometrics completed. Rest is same

Well then, you are in the initial stage only, would suggest you to wait for 3-4 weeks and check your status again.

Wait for sometime about a month I would say before you see, your medical status being changed to passed and your background check being processed.
