Hi everyone, can someone please advise how long does it take to get the AIP after SA, we received SA on Nov 7. On ECAS it says DM on both sides.

Hi, my interview was scheduled at Kitchener office and the process took about 3 to 4 weeks for me. I think different offices may vary a little.
I followed the instruction here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=786&top=5
You can either call the IRCC call centre, really difficult to get hold of an agent though. Or you could contact the office directly if you have their number or email. You could also submit a webform which will take 10 days to get a response.
In my case, I don't have the office's contact information so I mailed them a letter to explain my situation and request a new date. The letter arrived on October 11th. In the meantime, I submitted a webform. I got the reply of the webform 9 days later (on October 18th) saying they have forwarded my request to the office. On Nov. 9th, I got the new appointment date (Nov. 23rd) by email. So, I don't know if it is my letter or the webform that helped with the rescheduling but it roughly took me 3 to 4 weeks to get a new date. It was a very anxious period of waiting but I hope you can reschedule yours successfully!

Hi, no I have not sent a webform yet, but will do now, as we passed our 1 year mark.
Can you tell me, where are you located and was your file processed by Vancouver Office by any chance? It looks to me that ones DM is done, they send file to local office and that is when the chaos starts, based on local office. Anyway, this is my guess.

Hey all. Finally received my landing letter on Oct 11th (Vancouver) .. but still no correspondance for an interview. Anyone else waited this long?

App received - Dec 8th
AOR - Jan 24th
Medical request - June 7th
Eligibility passed - Oct 1st
Landing letter - Oct 11th
ECAS states DM

I got DM on Oct 26th, Vancouver office, waiting for the landing letter.. What do you mean, you received a landing letter?Landing letter is the invitation to an interview..You probably received DM

We are from Ottawa. Mailed package to Missisauga, Police Check and Medical requested from Missisauga, additional documents requested from Vancouver, SA and AIP from Vancouver, DM on ECAS for about a month, nothing else since. I called today, but could not wait that long to speak to someone, will be sending web form now and try to call again tomorrow.
