Hi everyone,

I'm waiting to receive the PPR request from my PR application(CEC Inland), but let's say I receive this request today. I have two scheduled trips, one for December 21, 6 days in the US and another one for January 21, 20 days in Brazil. I'm worried about the Landing, since it takes 2 months to receive the PR Card. Is it possible to choose to do the Landing process on my second trip when I return from Brazil? Or am I obligated to do it when I come back from the US?

I've been living here in Toronto since 2016 and I have visa/permit until December 2020!

Thank you in advance.

You do NOT have to land at the first entry into Canada after receiving your COPR and visa. As long as you have another earlier visa to travel on, you can use that instead and enter (if admitted) as a Foreign National.
