I heard that they are asking for at-least 3years Pay Stubs during applying for ITA. Is that true?

Don't rely on what you "heard". Every document required is mentioned on CIC website, do your research. Whoever told you that at least 3 years pay-stubs are required, doesn't have a clue.

I'd agree with sam3218.
Do your research. All the requirements are clear and if they need anything additional they'll let you know through the process (they won't ask for impossible things though)
